Let Go and Let GOD

Well it is Saturday afternoon 6:48 PM. I just got home from work, and I am feeling very fulfilled.

Yesterday was my first day at my new job working for McKesson on a project as a lead. As you all may know I have been unemployed for 6 weeks. I was blessed with a vacation and after laying at the pool all day everyday, eating turkey sandwiches, downloading music, watching alot of TV, and job searching my break is finally over!

I thank "God" for today. Every morning I wake before I even get out of bed, I thank him for all of my blessings and I leave my life in his hands. I started this maybe a few weeks ago. I would wake up, made sure I submitted my resume to as many places as I could. Everyday at a meeting I spread the word I was looking for work. I was doing everything I could, the rest would be up to "him".

I had a idea of what it was I was looking for. I needed something to put my energy into, something that was going to be challenging and an adventure. I needed to pay the pills and have enough to live comfortably. I put that out there just as I was done with my time submitting resumes everyday and soon... "he" delivered.

I have had so many blessings and opportunities in my life and today I am thankful that I am open to these opportunities and thankful I am conscience to fully understand them. There is not a moment that goes by where I don't have "God" in mind.

Thank you to all my friends and family for supporting me. Thank you "God" for loving me. It feels so good to breathe.
