I love the song.... omg do I love it... nothing like this song and some hotness all around for a good night.

I wanted to write about this passage and this song because it represents something for me. A place in time. And if anyone knows it that very thing is my ego.

I had the great experience of seeing the collective pain body and ego. Here below is Eckart Tolles explanation as he explains so well and which I am in agreeance with.

First, here is how Eckhart Tolle defines the pain-body on page 142 of A New Earth:"The remnants of pain left behind by every strong negative emotion that is not fully faced, accepted and then let go of join together to form an energy field that lives in the very cells of your body.It consists not just of childhood pain, but also painful emotions that were added unto it later in adolescence and during your adult life, much of it created by the voice of the ego...This energy field of old but still very-much-alive emotion that lives in almost every human being is the pain-body."

On collective

"It also partakes of the pain suffered by countless humans throughout the history of humanity, which is a history of continuous tribal warfare, of enslavement, pillage, rape, torture , and other forms of violence. This pain still lives in the collective psyche of humanity and is being added to on a daily basis, as you can verify when you watch the news tonight or look at the drama in people's relationships."

In my vision I saw pain I saw suffering. I cannot change this, or say I haven't contributed. But what I can do is recognize it for what it is. It is a part of life that I play in as well. Life goes on. People move on. time changes ad we are all still ok.

Choice implies consciousness - a high degree of consciousness. Without it, you have no choice. Choice begins the moment you dis identify from the mind and its conditioned patterns, the moment you become present....Nobody chooses dysfunction, conflict, pain. Nobody chooses insanity. They happen because there is not enough presence in you to dissolve the past, not enough light to dispel the darkness. You are not fully here. You have not quite woken up yet. In the meantime, the conditioned mind is running your life.

today I choose life :) This moment I choose me.

I am aware that in this very moment I am run by fear and desire.
I am only hear to share my strenght, hopes, fear, and experiences with you.
